How a summit works
Each summit brings together hotel general managers, HR leaders and affiliated sector leaders from a single county, for a day built around leadership, culture and performance. RIT partners with a host organisation or industry body to shape the agenda around the priorities of that county's hospitality and business community.
A summit is not a one-off event RIT repeats identically everywhere. Each one includes a personalised session for the host organisation, addressing the specific leadership gaps its own team is facing.
