Book Ashira to speak.

Ann Peggy Ashira is the Founder and President of RIT with Ashira, an institution training hospitality teams, marketplace leaders and church workers for Results, Impact and Transformation. Her own path began as a waitress at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort in Mombasa in 2004, and led through six promotions in six years, group General Manager roles, and service as General Manager of Enashipai Resort and Spa, becoming the first female General Manager of a five star resort in Kenya along the way. She carries more than 25 years in coastal, safari and wellness hospitality, and has been recognised as GM of the Year Africa 2025, among other honours. RIT with Ashira launched in Naivasha in August 2026, and Ashira now trains and mentors leaders across Kenya and Uganda.
