RIT with Ashira Launches in Naivasha

RIT with Ashira launched on 31 August 2026 in Naivasha, marking the start of an institution built to train leaders across hospitality, the marketplace and the church.

Pastor Susan prayed over the work at the launch. James Mwangi, director of Enashipai Resort & Spa, cut the ribbon.

The name RIT stands for Results, Impact, Transformation, the three outcomes RIT with Ashira works toward in every programme it delivers. Since launch, RIT has delivered management training for Jumuia Resorts and graduated its first mentorship cohort of nine. RIT is preparing to open in Uganda.
